I am a visual artist who produces work in a vast array of media, including film, mixed media and photography. My work has a central theme that focuses on my transgender life and practices. Inspiration for my work is derived from my personal experience living and working as my alter ego Cleo Taurus, which has led me to produce work raising questions about society and their perceptions of transgender issues. 
 Swapping between male and female is also key to my work, capturing the elusive nature of gender, and ultimately leading me to question whether gender is an identity we are born with, or a mere performance determined by society's perception of us?
